James M. Lee

As the CEO of LegalMation, James is the key driver of the company's vision and strategy. He devised the idea for LegalMation while managing LTL Attorneys LLP, a nationally-recognized litigation boutique he co-founded, as the first spin-off of Quinn Emanuel. As an experienced litigator, James has tried numerous cases in federal and state courts. He has been recognized as a top business litigator by various legal publications including the National Law Journal. He is a frequent and noted speaker and commentator in the field of AI and innovations in the legal industry. James received his J.D. from Stanford Law School.

Enoch H. Liang

FOUNDER & BOARD MEMBER

Prior to co-founding LTL Attorneys LLP, Enoch was an Intellectual Property litigator at Quinn Emanuel where he successfully resolved all facets of IP disputes (including patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and idea theft claims). Enoch is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been selected to the “Super Lawyers” list by Thomson Reuters multiple times, both in Southern and in Northern California. He was named to the U.S. News & World Report’s Best Lawyers List and American Law Media and Martindale-Hubbell rated Enoch as a “Top Rated Lawyer in Intellectual Property Law." Enoch received his J.D. from Columbia Law School.

Thomas Suh

FOUNDER, COO & BOARD MEMBER

Before co-founding LegalMation, Thomas served as the managing partner of LTL Attorneys LLP and co-founded several technology-based companies including a BPO and the first online college application essay editing service. During the early tech heydays of the late ‘90s/early 2000s, Thomas served as COO and General Counsel of DRX (acquired by Connecture, NASDAQ: CNXR) and as Project Director at an early-stage venture capital and tech incubator, where he helped launch numerous “dot-com” startups in various industries. Thomas received his J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law.
